Listings: Sellers can list their carbon credits on our platform, providing detailed information about the credits, including the amount of carbon captured, certification, and pricing.
‍Transactions: Buyers can purchase carbon credits listed on our platform. Transactions are processed through our secure payment system.

3.1. Fees
We may charge fees for certain services provided through our Site. Any applicable fees will be displayed to you at the time of purchase or use of the service. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site, at the prices in effect when such fees and charges are incurred.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By using our Site, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that may occur during the payment process.

4.1. Ownership
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CANOPICO, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CANOPICO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
